Insurances accepted at this time include UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and HealthPartners
02
What happens during the first appointment and follow ups?
Initial appointments last approximately 60 minutes and follow ups are allotted 30 minutes. During the initial appointment you and your provider will discuss your medical and psychiatric history and review present concerns. The more we know the better we are able to help you. Follow ups focus on your progress and how you are responding to medication.
03
What if I miss my appointment or have to cancel?
Life happens, we understand. If you cannot make your appointment we kindly ask you to cancel via the patient portal at least 24 hours in advanced. You may also call us and leave a message but we prefer patients utilize the portal. This allows us to offer your spot to another patient who may be in need of it. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or no show, you will be charged a "no show fee". This fee is $150 for established patients/follow ups and $250 for new patients and will be charged to the credit card on file. If your credit card has expired we will be unable to reschedule you until the no show charge is paid in full. Should you miss an appointment for medical reasons we may request a doctor's note. This is detailed in your patient forms as well.

Do you prescribe controlled substances?
Currently none of our providers are prescribing controlled substances such as stimulants (Adderall, Ritalin, etc) or benzodiazepines (Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, etc).
